5.050 Interim Reports
Various supplemental reports may be sent to parents throughout the school year concerning studentís performance. These reports may describe student work of an exceptional nature or work which needs improving.

These reports will be sent as the teacher determines.

Included in the academic improvement report will be a request from the teacher for parents to contact the teacher by phone to discuss the studentís academic progress. Teachers will arrange with the parents for days when the student can meet with the teacher from 3:00 to 3:45 until the student returns to satisfactory academic standing.
